At Berne Apparel, we stand behind the quality of our workwear and offer a 30-day return policy for items in their original, unworn condition with tags attached. We strive to ensure your gear fits perfectly and meets the demands of your toughest jobs.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Select the reason for your return or exchange and generate a prepaid shipping label, which will be sent directly to your email for easy printing.

• 3.
  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, include any packing slips, and affix the prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop off your package at the designated carrier location; once we receive and inspect the gear, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
